Common Questions

1. What is Case Management?
Case management consists of an assessment to determine which services a person needs to help them move forward toward their goals. The assessment at the Crisis Center is specific to behavioral health.  Behavioral health consists of mental health, substance abuse or both.

2. How much do your services cost?
At this time we are not charging for any services received at the Crisis Center.  Please let the Case Manager know if you do not have insurance or the funds to pay for counseling or substance abuse treatment that you may need so that the referrals will be for agencies that can help.  There are low-cost or free options available in East Idaho to people without the funds to pay for these services.

3. Will my visit to the Crisis Center and the information that I provide there remain confidential?
Your confidentiality is valued at the Crisis Center.  We follow HIPAA guidelines for behavioral health. If we need to communicate with your counseling agency, family member or other contact pertaining to your care, we will ask you to sign a release of information so that you can specify the types of information that you would like that contact to have.
